I’ve been working on building my online business for a while now across different social media platforms and in other ways too.
Even though my follower count hasn’t grown much and the likes on my posts are still pretty quiet, something way more meaningful has been happening. I’ve shared video messages that really resonated with people—and they’ve been reaching out.
I’ve had real conversations in the DMs, and I’ve been able to support more people. Some are now building businesses that fit into their life—instead of constantly trying to fit their life around their work.
As I’ve gone through this journey as a solopreneur, I’ve shifted my focus. I’m no longer chasing numbers—I’m just showing up, having honest conversations, and helping people without expecting anything back.
And you know what? That shift has led to real connections and trust. Both personally and professionally.
I’ve also become much more mindful of who I let into my space. I avoid the constant complainers, the gossipers, and the negative energy. I choose to surround myself with people who have goals. People who take action. People who solve problems.
And throughout this process, I’ve realized something big:
It’s not just mindset that changes your life.
It’s not just willpower.
It’s not just habits.
It’s your environment.
Your home.
Your workspace.
Your friends.
Your circle.
Those things shape your entire life.
That’s why I’m leaning hard into this truth:
Change your environment, change your life.
Lately, I started a community for like-minded folks who are looking to make a shift—whether that’s building an online business or side hustle to create more freedom, or simply making more conscious choices about their health.
A lot of people in the group are health-conscious and looking for better, high-quality health products for themselves, their families, spouses, or kids.
If this speaks to you—if you’re in a season where you’re looking for a change—I’d love to connect.
Reach out. Let’s chat.
Whether it’s business, health, or just creating a life that actually feels good, I’m here for the conversation.
